Content repurposing services for coaches turn existing podcasts, talks, workshops and course recordings into clips and posts. My team and I also build the follow-up that helps interested people take the next step.
You already gave the talk. You answered the questions. There may be useful content sitting in those recordings. We start there, with the offer you actually sell.
Start with what you have already said
When I explain my process in this interview, I start with the content a client already has. We transcribe it and use it to understand their stories and ideas. That gives us something real to work from.
We look for the moments that answer a potential client’s question, explain your approach or make your experience easier to understand. The amount of useful material depends on the recording. We agree the formats and volume after reviewing it.
Choose the moments people care about
In another conversation, I describe why podcasts work well for me: speaking with other people feels natural. I also explain why an editor can notice something I would have passed over myself.
We work with your actual words, edit the agreed clips and prepare supporting captions or posts. You review the meaning and public claims before anything is published.
Give interested people a clear next step
A useful clip can earn attention. What should someone do next: ask for a resource, join your email list or book a call? We choose a next step that makes sense for your offer, then build the agreed follow-up around it.
- Your recordings: we review what you have and select relevant moments.
- Your content: we edit the agreed formats and prepare them for your review.
- Your follow-up: we connect the content to a resource, email sequence or booking path for people who ask to hear more.
You keep the sales conversations and decisions. We agree when an automated sequence should stop and hand the conversation back to a person. Views, enquiries, attended calls and sales are measured separately.
Who this fits
This service is for established coaches with a working offer and recordings worth sharing. It also fits speakers and consultants who want their talks and interviews to keep working after the event.

Before we start, we check your offer, the available footage and how you handle enquiries. If those need work first, we will discuss that on the audit.
What we agree before work starts
Managed content production: my team and I produce the agreed content. We define who approves, schedules and publishes it, along with the follow-up work included.
A system your team can run: we install the agreed workflows and explain how to use them. Your team takes on the responsibilities set out in the scope.
These are different arrangements. Your proposal sets out deliverables, review, software costs, support, price and timing. A separate 90-day implementation offer has its own written success and refund conditions.

You can also view the client before-and-afters and see how content and follow-up fit together. Each example should be read within its stated context.
Questions before you start
Do I need to record new content?
We start with what you already have. If its quality or relevance is limited, we agree what is worth recording next.
Does this include posting?
Publishing is agreed in the scope. We specify who approves, schedules and publishes the content so that responsibility is clear.
Do you guarantee booked calls?
There is no universal booked-call guarantee for repurposing. Outcomes depend on your offer, audience and sales process. Any separate implementation commitment is defined in writing before payment.
How do I find out what it costs?
Bring a link to your content and the offer you sell to a free, 30-minute audit. We will look at what to repurpose, the next step for your audience and where follow-up is missing. If paid help fits, we can discuss the scope and price.
