A marketing automation consultant who builds it too

The plan and the system, from the same person

Marketing automation is the follow-up, the lead response and the reporting running without anyone remembering to do it. Most consultants map that and leave. I map it and then build it on your own tools.

What a marketing automation consultant does

A marketing automation consultant works out which parts of your marketing should run without a person, then designs the sequences, the triggers and the reporting behind them. The usual version of this ends in a slide deck and a tool recommendation you now have to implement yourself. I do the design and the build, on the tools you already pay for, and your team is trained to change it afterwards.

Where the leaks usually are

Between someone raising their hand and someone answering them, and everywhere after that.

Nobody follows up fast enough

The response gap

Every person who replies, comments or fills a form gets answered quickly and in your voice, and the ones worth your time get pushed to the front instead of sitting in a queue behind everyone else.

Nobody knows what is working

The reporting gap

Reporting that assembles itself, so you are looking at what brought in clients rather than what got attention. Every one of the 4,500 posts behind my own system is tracked for exactly this reason.

Talk about a build

Reporting that shows what a post produced, not just what it reached

How a build goes

01

Map

A call with you and whoever runs your marketing. We map every point where a person is currently the reason something happens or does not.

02

Build

I build the sequences, the routing and the reporting on the tools you already use. You watch each piece work before the next one is built.

03

Hand over

Your team is trained on it and owns it. It runs on accounts in your name, so you can fire me and keep everything.

What usually gets automated first

Lead response

Everyone who raises a hand gets an answer fast, in your voice, with the serious ones surfaced to you first.

Follow-up sequences

The messages nobody remembers to send, sent. Written from your own material so they do not read like a template.

Reporting that builds itself

One place that says what produced clients, instead of four dashboards that say what got likes.

Content distribution

One recording becomes posts across every platform on a schedule. See how the system fits together.

See the client work

The results page shows the actual content, recording setups and websites, with the work and its limits explained for each client.

Success, attribution, responsibilities and the refund are written before you pay.

Automation cannot save a bad offer

If the offer does not work, automating it means sending the wrong thing to more people, faster. That is the one thing I will say on a call before you spend anything. We fix the offer first or there is nothing worth automating.

Meet Sam

I run my own business on what I build for you

Most of my own business already runs on this. I grew my Instagram past 140,000 followers by hand, no ads, before any of it was automated. Now the system publishes, follows up and captures what I know, and every one of the 4,500 posts behind it is tracked, so I can tell you what gets clients instead of what gets likes.

A consulting firm hired me to design the AI workflows their team runs on. I cannot show you theirs, they locked it down, which tells you something. So I show you mine.

Questions buyers ask

What does a marketing automation consultant do?

In my case, the build. Most of the role as it is normally sold ends at a diagram and a tool recommendation you then have to implement, hire for, or abandon. I stay until the thing is running on your accounts and someone on your team can change it.

How is this different from a marketing automation agency?

An agency usually runs it for you every month. I build it, train your team, and leave it on accounts in your name. If you would rather never think about it again, an agency is the better fit and I will say so.

Do I have to change tools?

Almost never. The build goes on what you already pay for. Swapping tools is expensive, breaks your data, and is usually recommended by whoever earns a commission on the new one.

What if my list or audience is small?

Then automation is not your first problem, and I will say so on the call. This works by making an audience you already have worth more, not by manufacturing one.

How long does it take?

The map takes about a week. The first sequence is usually live inside two to three weeks, then the rest get added one at a time.

What happens if I want to stop working with you?

Everything is already yours. It runs on your accounts, your team has been trained on it, and nothing switches off when I do.

Let’s find where the leads are leaking

Book a call. We map every point where a person is the reason something happens, and what it would take to close the gaps. You keep the map either way. All remote.
