Find the real constraint
Offers, content, customer data, sales follow-up, and team execution lived in separate places.
Eva already had authority and demand, backed by a distinctive body of work. The job was to connect offer design and sales follow-up to customer data, content production, and team execution so the business did not depend on one isolated marketing tactic.

The starting problem was not a lack of ideas. Offers and appointments lived apart from the customer records. Content and follow-up sat elsewhere. Some 2,000 contacts were stranded in Wix, filming needed a repeatable workflow, and the sales team needed a clearer operating path.
The record supports contribution and timing, not sole causality or a current audience or revenue claim.

Connected the offer ladder, GHL calendar, contact recovery, filming workflow, business-trained assistant, and call-review loop.
Eva and the team used a connected commercial system and retained a body of owned operating assets.
The audience and email list expanded while the system was being installed. Press contributed to an early follower spike and current durability is mixed.

The finished Realignment Assessment built for Eva. It was approved and published as a 30-question diagnostic.
Limit: This verifies the owned asset and its state, not current traffic, completions, leads, or revenue.

One output from the branded content system installed during the engagement.

Eva Hooft's Instagram profile on December 21, 2024, two days after the engagement opened. It reads 23,8K followers.
Limit: This is a follower count on one date. It carries no revenue information, and it does not establish what caused the later growth.

Eva Hooft's Instagram profile on October 5, 2025. It reads 80.9K followers. Paired with the December 2024 frame it shows timing, not sole causality.
Limit: This is a follower count on one date. It carries no revenue information. Eva attributed a January spike to press coverage, so the pair records timing rather than a claim that the work caused the growth.
Sam designed a low-ticket offer ladder and closer plan, rebuilt the GHL calendar, and delivered a business-trained Telegram assistant so the team could retrieve and use the operating logic.
The work recovered and imported 2,000 contacts from Wix. It also installed the filming and content workflow plus a call-recording review loop. Eva reported that the email list moved from about 4K to 8K in roughly 5 weeks.
The two dated screenshot observations are 23.8K followers on Dec 21 and 80.9K on Oct 5, rounded publicly to about 24K and about 80K. That is a dated before-and-after, not a smooth curve. Eva attributed an early Jan spike to press coverage, and the record cannot divide later growth among Sam, Eva, press, or other factors.
Sam later built and published the branded 30-question Realignment Assessment. Eva approved the design. The finished asset turned her method into a structured diagnostic.
The durable result is a body of connected commercial assets and operating knowledge, not a claim that every part stayed active forever. Some assets were no longer active at the last observation. Current audience and revenue are unresolved, and the evidence keeps those gaps visible.
