One recording.
One month of content.
Talk into your phone for forty minutes a week. Eleven prompts turn what you said into the posts, the videos, the emails and the captions for the next four weeks.
In your words, because they are literally your words.
Downloads straight away. Works on a free AI plan.
The real chain, on a real recording. Nothing on screen is mocked up.
WHAT COMES OUT
One sitting in. A month out.
What forty minutes of talking actually turns into.
40
minutes talking
into your phone, once a week
TURNS INTO
33
ideas, each with the exact quote you said it in
6
carousel scripts
8
short video cuts, in your real voice
4
emails, one a week
Plus every caption, in three lengths. About twenty five minutes of work once you know it.
THE PART THAT IS ACTUALLY BROKEN
You already know what to say
You say it on calls all day, and you say it well, because you have said it a thousand times.
Then you sit down to write a post about it and it takes a weekend.
That is the only part that is broken. Not your expertise. The bit where knowing it has to become a month of posts.
WHAT LANDS IN YOUR INBOX
Five files. All of it works offline.
A PDF playbook, eleven copy-paste prompts, two spreadsheets and the walkthrough video. Nothing connects to your accounts and nothing needs installing.
Playbook
Eighteen pages. The recording framework, the six questions, the repurposing map and the reply system.

Walkthrough

77 seconds
Inside the playbook
The recording framework
What to talk about, for how long, and the six questions that pull a month of material out of one sitting.
The voice lock
Two prompts. The first works out how you actually write. The second is the block you paste into everything after that.
The repurposing map
One recording to a carousel, a short video, an email and a caption, with the rotation that stops you burning out in month three.
The reply system
The four messages to send after somebody puts their hand up, when it is just you and no software.
THE FENCE
The honesty rule, which is the actual product
Every prompt carries one line: if it is not in the transcript, do not write it.
Ask an AI to write a persuasive post about your business and it will hand you a client you never had, a percentage nobody measured and a result that never happened, written smoothly enough that you will not catch it on the first read. That line is the fence.
When I ran the chain on a test recording it pulled 33 ideas out and attached a quote to every one. All 33 quotes were really in the transcript. Nothing was invented, because the prompts do not allow it.
Every idea carries the line you said it in
Real output from a real run, copied out of the chain.
PROMPT 02 OF 11
Here is one of the eleven, free, in full
Read it before you decide. If it is not better than what you are doing now, do not buy the rest.
An idea is anything I said that could stand on its own and be useful to someone who does not know me. A belief. A mistake I watched someone make. A story. A way of doing something. A number and what it meant.
Aim for 20 to 40. Do not stop at 10. Small ideas count. The throwaway line I said in passing often turns out to be worth the most.
For EACH idea give me exactly four things:
IDEA one plain sentence, in my words, no jargon
QUOTE the exact line from the transcript that carries it, word for word
PROOF the number, name, date or story attached to it, or NONE
WHO CARES the person this is for, described by their situation and not by their job title
Every single idea must have a QUOTE. If you cannot find the exact line I said it in, the idea does not exist. Drop it. Never merge two of my ideas into one better sounding idea. Never improve my wording. If it is not in the transcript, do not write it.
That is prompt 02 of 11. The other ten are the same shape.
THE RISK IS MINE
You cannot lose money on this
Buy it, run it once on one real recording, and if you do not end up with a month of posts you would actually publish, email me and I refund you. Sixty days. You keep the files.
One condition, and it is the only one: you have to have run it once. Not read it. Run it. I cannot fix a system nobody switched on, and running it once is the same act as getting the result, so that condition costs you nothing you were not already going to do.
READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY
Who this is not for
If you have not decided what you sell yet, do not buy this. It takes what is already in your head and gets it out faster. It cannot put it there.
If you want software that posts for you, this is not that. Everything here is a document, a prompt and a spreadsheet. You still press publish.
And if you are not going to do the recording, save your hundred dollars. That is the whole thing. People who skip it get nothing out of this.
