VIRAL CONTENT SYSTEM - CREATE ATTENTION & DRIVE SALES

CORE PHILOSOPHY

Your goal: Create content that captures attention and converts to sales calls.

The Only 3 Metrics That Matter:

  1. CTR – Do people stop scrolling?
  2. Watch Time – Do they watch to the end?
  3. Engagement – Do they comment/DM/book calls?

Everything else is noise.

THE FIRST 3 SECONDS RULE

Most people scroll past in 3 seconds or less.

Your job: Make it impossible to scroll.

The Hook (0-3 seconds)

  • Start with the outcome or result
  • Show your best content first
  • Match your title/thumbnail exactly
  • No intros, no setup, no fluff

Weak: “Hey, in today’s video I’m going to show you…” Strong: “$400K saved in taxes using this exact method”

Hook Principles:

  • Present your best upfront
  • Show don’t tell (results visible in first frame)
  • Simple = better
  • Less brain power needed = more attention

SECOND-BY-SECOND STRUCTURE

Seconds 0-10: Show The Outcome

State the result immediately.

“This recording studio setup generated $75K in one month” “150+ sales calls from a single post using this system” “$0 in taxes legally on $500K income”

Show the result, then explain how.

Seconds 10-30: The Proof

Show you’ve done this before with specific numbers.

“Ryan saved $400K using this” “Client went from $25K to $75K monthly” “Generated 340% more conversions”

Use real names, real numbers, real results.

Seconds 30-60: The How (3 Steps Maximum)

Break down the exact process in 3 simple steps.

“First: [Step 1 in simple language]” “Second: [Step 2 in simple language]” “Third: [Step 3 in simple language]”

Make it sound inevitable when done right.

Seconds 60-75: The Wow Moment

Add something unexpected that reinforces credibility.

“And we did this without any paid ads” “The entire setup took 24 hours” “This works even if you’re starting from zero”

Creates re-engagement, keeps them watching.

Seconds 75-90: The CTA

One clear action. Make it brain-dead simple.

“DM me ‘studio’ to see if this fits your business” “Comment ‘setup’ below for the breakdown” “Book a free call – link in bio”

The easier the action, the more people do it.

CONTENT FORMATS THAT HOLD ATTENTION

Format 1: Transformation Journey

Show the before → process → after.

Start with where they were. Show the 3 steps taken. End with where they are now.

Format 2: Stair Stepping Results

Start small, build to massive outcome.

“First client: $5K” “Second month: $25K” “Third month: $75K” “Now consistently: $100K+”

Format 3: Mistake To Mastery

Share what didn’t work, then what did.

“I spent $12K on marketing agencies that failed” “Then I discovered this system” “Now I generate 150+ calls from one post”

Format 4: Behind The Scenes

Document what you’re actually doing.

Film real client work. Show actual processes. Share real conversations. Document your life.

WRITING LIKE YOU SPEAK

Principle: Write like you speak at a networking event.

Not formal. Not corporate. Not guru-speak.

Use Extreme Language:

  • “Worst mistake” not “bad decision”
  • “Zero taxes” not “lower taxes”
  • “$400K saved” not “significant savings”
  • “150 calls” not “lots of interest”

Be Specific:

  • Names (Ryan, Erin)
  • Numbers ($400K, $75K, 150 calls)
  • Timeframes (24 hours, 1 month, 90 days)
  • Show don’t tell + explain

Keep It Simple:

  • Short sentences
  • Simple words
  • One idea per sentence
  • Simple = better
  • Less brain power = more attention

No Fluff:

  • Cut all “um, uh, like, you know”
  • No long intros
  • No unnecessary context
  • Better done than perfect

THE VALUE YOU SHOW

Share your secrets, sell the implementation.

Give away the “what” and “why” for free. Charge for the “how” (done with/for them).

In Your Content:

  • Show exactly what you do
  • Explain why it works
  • Prove it with results
  • Don’t create value, document it

In Your Offer:

  • Implementation (you do it with them)
  • Customization (tailored to their situation)
  • Speed (faster than DIY)
  • Certainty (proven process)

PLATFORM STRATEGY

Instagram Reels

  • Length: 30-90 seconds
  • CTA: “DM me ‘word'” or “Comment ‘word'”
  • Goal: Book calls through DMs

YouTube Shorts

  • Length: 30-90 seconds
  • CTA: “Link in bio” or “Comment ‘word'”
  • Goal: Authority + inbound calls

TikTok

  • Length: 30-60 seconds
  • CTA: “Comment ‘word'” or “Follow for more”
  • Goal: Awareness + platform migration

LinkedIn

  • Length: 45-90 seconds
  • CTA: Professional tone, “Message me to discuss”
  • Goal: High-ticket B2B sales

Principle: Go to where demand is, and where you have credibility.

ATTENTION HIERARCHY

Attention goes to what’s most scannable:

  1. Videos (highest attention)
  2. Photos (second)
  3. Icons (third)
  4. Text (lowest)

This Means:

  • Lead with visuals showing outcomes
  • Use text to support, not lead
  • Show results in frame 1 (recording studio, client results, transformations)
  • Show don’t tell

Visual Rules:

  • Scene change every 3-5 seconds
  • Captions for sound-off viewing (2-3 words max)
  • B-roll over every claim
  • Vertical 9:16 format
  • Hook visible in thumbnail

THE CTA SYSTEM FOR SERVICE BUSINESSES

You sell done-with-you or done-for-you services.

Your CTAs should drive to conversations, not downloads.

High-Intent CTAs:

  • “DM me ‘studio’ to see the full setup breakdown”
  • “Comment ‘systems’ for the process”
  • “Book a free call to see if this fits – link in bio”
  • “Message me to discuss your situation”

Make it brain-dead simple:

  • One word to comment/DM (not sentences)
  • Lowercase is fine (“systems” not “SYSTEMS”)
  • The easier you make it, the more people do it

What NOT To Do:

  • “Download my free guide” (you don’t have time to create freebies)
  • “Join my email list” (unnecessary friction)
  • “Check out my course” (you don’t sell courses)
  • Complicated instructions (kills conversion)

The funnel:

Content → Comment/DM → Conversation → Book Call → Close Deal

Simple. Direct. Service-based.

CONTENT CREATION PRINCIPLES

1. Document Don’t Create

Film what you’re already doing:

  • Client work sessions
  • Setup processes
  • Strategy calls
  • Behind-the-scenes of your business

Sustainable content = documenting your life.

2. Present Your Best Upfront

Don’t bury the lead. Start with the most interesting part. Chronological order kills retention.

3. Show Don’t Tell + Explain

Don’t say “it works great.” Show the result, then explain why it works.

Weak: “This system is amazing” Strong: “This system generated 150 calls – here’s why it works”

4. Wrap The Meat Around The Pill

Sell them what they want, give them what they need.

They want: Fast results, easy process, proven system They need: Strategy, implementation, accountability

Lead with the want. Deliver the need.

5. Simple = Better

Confused mind says no. Simple message = more action.

One video = one idea. One CTA = clear action.

6. You’re One Post Away

You are one post away from changing your life.

Every post is an opportunity. Post daily. Let volume create quality.

THE ENGAGEMENT EQUATION

Content gets attention. Conversations make money.

First 1-2 Hours After Posting:

  • Reply to every comment
  • Move promising comments to DMs
  • Ask questions that qualify them
  • This is where sales happen

Comment Reply Strategy:

Their comment: “This is 🔥” Your reply: “Appreciate it! Are you currently using content for lead gen or exploring it?”

Their comment: “I need this” Your reply: “Just DMed you – have some examples that might help with your situation”

DM Conversation Flow:

Step 1: Acknowledge + Context “Hey [Name], saw your comment on the [topic] post. Working with [their niche] businesses on [outcome]. Mind if I ask what you’re currently doing for [their challenge]?”

Step 2: Qualify

  • Current revenue/business size
  • Main challenge right now
  • What they’ve tried
  • Timeline to solve this
  • Investment capacity

Step 3: Share Quick Win Give value based on their situation. Build trust before asking for anything.

Step 4: Soft Close “Based on what you shared, I think [your service] could help you [their desired outcome]. Want to hop on a 15-min call to see if it’s a fit?”

Step 5: Book Send calendar link. Confirm day before. Show up and solve their problem.

Principles:

  • Reply within 1-2 hours (algorithm boost + conversion spike)
  • Personalize every message (use their situation)
  • Be curious about their dreams, where they are, what’s holding them back
  • Qualify budget fast (don’t waste time)
  • Speed kills deals (move fast)

WHAT MAKES CONTENT SPREAD

Current Algorithm Priorities:

  1. Shares/Sends (highest weight)
  2. Watch time % (need 70%+ average)
  3. Saves (reference later)
  4. Comments (engagement signal)
  5. Profile visits (interest in you)

Psychological Triggers:

People engage when you:

  1. Encourage their dreams (show what’s possible)
  2. Justify their failures (not their fault – broken system)
  3. Allay their fears (show proof it’s safe/doable)
  4. Confirm their suspicions (validate what they already believe)
  5. Help them throw rocks at enemies (identify common villain)

Everyone will pay attention when you talk about their problems and desires.

EDITING CHECKLIST

Visual:

  •  Scene change every 3-5 seconds (pattern interrupt)
  •  Large captions, 2-3 words max per frame
  •  B-roll shows what you’re saying
  •  Zoom/pan on key moments
  •  Hook visible in first frame (no logos/intros)
  •  Vertical 9:16 format
  •  30-90 seconds total length

Audio:

  •  Music matches energy of content
  •  Sound effects on transitions
  •  Consistent volume throughout
  •  All filler words removed
  •  Clear audio (no background noise)

Content:

  •  Title matches first 3 seconds exactly
  •  Specific numbers throughout ($400K not “a lot”)
  •  Real names (Ryan, Erin)
  •  One clear CTA
  •  Ends abruptly (no outro)

CONTENT IDEAS GENERATOR

Formula 1: The Transformation

“This is how [name] went from [before] to [after] in [timeframe]”

Example: “This is how Ryan went from owing $80K in taxes to saving $400K in 6 months”

Formula 2: The Behind-Scenes

“What a $[amount] [service/product] actually includes”

Example: “What a $50K recording studio setup actually includes (most waste money on wrong gear)”

Formula 3: The Mistake

“I spent $[amount] learning [lesson] so you don’t have to”

Example: “I spent $12K on marketing agencies that failed – here’s what actually works”

Formula 4: The Process

“The [number]-step process to [outcome]”

Example: “The 3-step process to get 150 sales calls from a single post”

Formula 5: The Client Win

“[Name]’s results using [your method]”

Example: “A coaching client’s business went from $25K to $75K monthly using this exact system”

Formula 6: The Truth Bomb

“The truth about [topic] that [industry] won’t tell you”

Example: “The truth about tax savings your CPA won’t tell you (they profit when you pay more)”

Formula 7: The Stack

“[Number] things I’d do if starting from zero today”

Example: “3 things I’d do if I had to rebuild my business from scratch tomorrow”

Formula 8: The Breakdown

“Breaking down [outcome] in [timeframe]”

Example: “Breaking down how we generated $75K in one month from content alone”

BATCHING SYSTEM

Weekly Planning (30 minutes):

  • List 7 content ideas using formulas above
  • Pull proof points (client names, numbers, results)
  • Script hooks for each

Weekly Filming (2 hours):

  • Film all 7-10 videos in one session
  • Same location, same setup
  • Batch = efficiency

Weekly Editing (3 hours):

  • Edit all videos at once
  • Reuse templates
  • Schedule for week

Daily Execution (1-2 hours):

  • Post (5 minutes)
  • Engage in comments/DMs (1-2 hours)
  • This is where money is made

Better done than perfect. Volume creates quality.

WHAT ACTUALLY MATTERS

Track These:

  • DMs per post (goal: 10-30)
  • DM → Call conversion (goal: 25%+)
  • Call → Close rate (goal: 30%+)
  • Average deal size
  • Revenue per post

Ignore These:

  • Total follower count
  • Total views (without engagement)
  • Likes
  • Follower growth rate

One post with 30 qualified DMs > Ten posts with 100K views and 0 DMs

COMMON MISTAKES

Don’t:

  • Start with “Hey guys” or intros
  • Make vague claims (“this works great”)
  • Copy others exactly (no differentiation)
  • Post inconsistently
  • Ignore DMs (where money lives)
  • Overthink perfection
  • Create freebies when you sell services
  • Complicate CTAs

Do:

  • Start with outcome
  • Use specific proof (names, numbers)
  • Show your unique process
  • Post daily minimum
  • Reply to every DM within 2 hours
  • Ship fast, iterate based on data
  • Drive straight to conversations
  • Make CTAs brain-dead simple

THE REALITY OF TIMELINES

Most quit in 30 days.

Winners post for 6-12 months and build real businesses.

Month 1-2:

  • Low views (100-5,000)
  • Few DMs
  • No sales yet
  • Feels discouraging
  • Most quit here – don’t be most

Month 3-4:

  • Occasional viral post (10K-100K)
  • Regular DMs starting
  • First sales closing
  • Algorithm learning
  • Keep going

Month 5-6:

  • Consistent performance (5K-50K per post)
  • Steady DM flow
  • Regular sales ($10K-$30K/month)
  • Clear patterns emerging
  • Momentum building

Month 7-12:

  • Multiple viral posts monthly
  • Can’t keep up with DMs
  • Strong pipeline ($30K-$150K/month)
  • Need team to scale
  • Compounding effect

You are one post away from changing your life. Keep posting.

Short Form Strategy

IG Strategy

10 videos

Content is all about emotions, what emotion can you bring to the first 3 seconds of the video?

Extra Video

Extra Videos

7 videos

Short Form Checklist:

Before you share any finished video, check if all of those are done. Non Negotiables*

Text hook

Around 5 words

Most powerful hook

Bring the most interesting / exiting / valuable part to the beginning

Make every moment worth attention

Cut out silence moments, also small ones, especially in the hook, except if intentional silences

Visual speed

Around 2-4 seconds per visual (if its not moving), not too fast not too slow. videos can stay longer

Visual Center

Keep the visual focus point at the same spot -upper center, this makes it easy too keep looking at.

Cut out unnecessary words

Look at the reel a few times and think, is there any words that don't add value?

Everything makes sence?

Every sentence ads to the other senses? if not reorder or remove senses. visuals add value to what we speak about?

Everything is readable & clear
Make 1 point per reel

more is overwhelming

Make the audionce happy, not Sam.

Video Editing Example:

  1. Added a visual hook, so the first 3 seconds are even more interesting by adding visual of what I’m speaking about, people love B&A as its easy to understand the change, at the end of the video people understand more why its important so they might look at the video again after finishing it as they now have new context for the visuals. so also for people who don’t understand English it can be interesting.
  2. Removed every unnecessary word. attention isn’t free.
  3.  Sound louder (10% clipping)
  4. Best B&A’s
Version 1 (Video Editor)
1.3K Likes
Version 2 (Sam fixes)
4.5K likes

Call To Action:

To get to know our audience the best and make them love us, we need to answer those questions:

  1. What are their dreams?
  2. List the reasons they failed till now?
  3. What do they fear?
  4. What do they suspect?
  5. Who are their enemies?

“People will do everything for those who:

  1. Encourage their dreams
  2. Justify their failures
  3. Allay their fears
  4. Confirm their suspicions
  5. Help them throw rocks at their enemies”

This is the recipe. I'll build you the restaurant.
