How I Turned Claude Into the CEO of My Business
I did not tell it who to email. I said I wanted to record podcasts while I was in the city, and it went and found the people.
The second brain comes first
Before anything can decide, it has to know.
Every video I have made is transcribed and sitting on my machine as text a computer can search. Long form, short form, Instagram, all of it. It reads the frames too, so it knows which scenes are worth using, and it knows who is speaking and when. It lives locally, not on a drive somewhere, because waiting on a download is not a system.
Then you manage the agents
This is the annoying stage. You say do this, and it asks you which way, this way or that way. That stops once the brain is there. It knows how I think, it knows the business, it has done the research, so it stops asking me questions I should not be answering.
Then you give it the CEO job
If I ask for something, judge whether it is a good idea or a waste of time. Go and execute. Open new sessions for the work that does not need me. I connected it to YouTube so it researches how other people run this, and it brings that back into the business.
Where it has to stop and ask
Instagram is my baby, so it does not post there without my say-so. It once decided to reply to two hundred comments and Instagram did not love that. It can still take what I post and put it out on the other channels on its own.
Anything irreversible gets reviewed before it moves. It reads the thing back from my side, asks how much of this reads like AI, scores it, and if it is not good enough it fixes it before I ever see it.
What it does every day
Each day it looks over the whole business. What went out, how the site looks, what is broken. If something is broken it pings me, I approve, and it opens the sessions that go and fix it. Everything is connected to everything. That is the brain. It is the connectivity.
Recorded during a live group coaching call. Every other speaker and identifying detail was removed from the public edit.
