Can this file go in AI?

Three questions. If you answer yes to all three, that file can train a model.

  1. Is it a client file, a patient note, a contract, or the way your firm works?
  2. Is the chat a personal Claude, ChatGPT, or Grok account?
  3. Is “improve the model” still on?

What the account actually does

Individual ChatGPT may use what you paste to train the model, unless you opt out. Consumer Claude uses the chat to improve the model if you allow it.

ChatGPT Business, Enterprise, and the API are not trained on, by default. Claude for Work and the API are not used to train, by default.

The logo is not the wall. Grok is a third chat. Check that account before the file goes in.

It gets worse every week another file goes in. The real file should not be in a personal chat, so the answer comes back on a fake brief and you redo the work.
